Lawrence, BuildWell is a Baltimore-based strategic consulting firm that serves as a true partner for founders, executives, and organizational leaders who are ready to build something that lasts. We work with organizations across Maryland and nationwide. Our clients come to us at all different stages. Some are ready to move and just need the right partner. Others are sitting on something powerful and just need someone to help them see it and build it. We show up for both.
Our team has managed federal and state grants and built compliance systems for school districts and behavioral health agencies. We have trained educators and community leaders, designed programs from the ground up, and led large-scale projects and initiatives from kickoff to close.
